Our diverse backgrounds span decades in the hospitality industry, from seamlessly coordinating back-to-back events to mastering yield pricing across multiple hotel channels. These experiences have provided us with invaluable insights into the intricacies of hotel operations.

As hoteliers ourselves, we intimately understand the expectations placed on a great hotel system. Our tools were born out of necessity, crafted to address our own needs and challenges. How we started

From the humble beginnings of a chilly server room, where the background hum of the PABX machine made it feel like we were navigating a spaceship, my co-founder and I embarked on a conversation about revolutionizing our hotel’s systems. The realization dawned upon us that our current setup was outdated, unable to keep pace with the evolving demands of the hospitality industry.

As employees, we had the unique opportunity to delve into various hotel systems, unraveling their intricacies, strengths, and weaknesses. Over many lunch breaks, fueled by ambition and determination, we embarked on a journey to transform our hotel’s technology landscape. Thus, we began writing our first lines of code and conceptualizing the backbone of what would become a game-changing system.

Our initial focus was on enhancing the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and Property Management System, refining each component to seamlessly align with our hotel’s needs. These enhancements served us exceptionally well in our roles as hoteliers, proving the efficacy of our efforts.

In our quest to streamline hotel operations further, we developed the Event Manager—an indispensable tool for managing inquiries received through our website and social media platforms. From generating quotations to orchestrating banquet event orders, and accessing event calendars on the go, our software empowered us to navigate the event landscape with ease.

Buoyed by the success of our innovations and driven by a shared passion for simplifying hotel operations, we made the bold decision to leave our corporate roles behind. Our focus shifted entirely to refining and sharing our tools with fellow hoteliers, aiming to alleviate their burdens and enhance guest experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities. Together, we embarked on a mission to make the lives of hoteliers easier, one efficient tool at a time.
